Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelled Course
A full credit will be issued if the course is cancelled by Durham Continuing Education. The Durham District School Board reserves the right to close a class. If a class is closed or fails to start because the minimum number of registrants is not achieved, every effort will be made to accommodate students in a similar class in another school.

Withdrawal
All request for refunds must be received in writing by Durham Continuing Education, Main Office, 120 Centre St. S., Oshawa, Ontario L1N 2W3. All fees will be refunded by cheque. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for processing of a refund. There will be NO CASH REFUNDS.
